MEET THE LINCHPIN TEAM

Chris Conrad is the Regional Superintendent of the Great Lakes Region of the Wesleyan Church (former District Superintendent of the West Michigan District) and has also served as the Director of Church Planter Development. Chris has planted churches and has served with such leaders as Orval Butcher and John Maxwell. In 2006, Chris and his wife Mary adopted two beautiful girls from Ukraine, Juliya and Nataliya.  Chris has authored several books and DVD studies that are impacting people all over the world and has a passion to see all churches reach their full redemptive potential. 

Dan Reiland serves as Executive Pastor at 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He previously partnered with John Maxwell for 20 years, first as Executive Pastor at Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego, then as Vice President of Leadership and Church Development at INJOY. He and Dr. Maxwell still enjoy partnering together on a number of church related projects.

Dan is best known as a leader with a pastor's heart; he truly loves the local church, but is also described as one of the nation’s most innovative church thinkers. His passion is developing and empowering leaders, who want to grow, are willing to take risks, and enjoy the journey.

In addition to leading the staff of 12Stone Church, Dan coaches many pastors across the country every year.  Dan’s leadership blog can be accessed at http://danreiland.com. His semi-monthly e-newsletter, The Pastor's Coach is distributed to over 40,000 subscribers, www.injoy.com.  He is also the author of Amplified Leadership – released January 2012.

Native to San Diego in their early years, Dan and Patti have been married now for 33 years and have two grown children. Mackenzie is a filmmaker and John-Peter a software developer, both live in Atlanta. Patti is a coffee connoisseur and directs the café at 12Stone. 

Dan loves collecting fine guitars, but only dreams he could play lead in a rock band! Maybe in heaven! 

Kevin Myers is the senior pastor of 12Stone Church, one of the largest churches in the U.S. and the nation‘s fastest growing in 2010. Kevin and his wife, Marcia, sold everything in 1987 and left Michigan to plant the church for spiritually unresolved people in Gwinnett County Georgia.

Kevin and Marcia, college sweethearts, have been married and in ministry for over thirty years. When they are not spending time with their four children, they can often be found riding on one of Kevin’s Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
